Qualifying Entrants

1. To qualify for a chance to take home a share of the 1 million dollars you must purchase at least 1 place on the names list, multiple entries are allowed.

2. Employees or people involved with the project, there family members and friends are not eligible to enter, any person person caught doing so will have there numbers and chance to win voided.

3. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant if we have reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the Rules.

4. The Competition is open to all age groups, We assume that by using the website and entering the Competition (and you warrant that) you are aged 18 or over or, if you are under 18, that your parents have consented to your entry into the Competition and these Rules.


Winners

5. Prize winners will be chosen at random from all qualifying Entries only after all 1 million spots have been taken, Upon the final entry being taken payment processing will be stopped, And the draw will be held 7 days after the final payment to allow checks on and confirm the final payments.

6. Prize winning numbers will be posted on the website, And all winners will be contacted by us via there payment E-Mail address, If this has changed since your entry you will need to provide proof to us of your ownership of the previous payment E-Mail address in order for the claim to be validated, if this cannot be done within a 30 day period your claim with be voided and a replacement number will be drawn.

7. The top 3 winners of the main prizes will be required to fly to the United Kingdom to collect there Cheques in person, Proof of identity will be required, and to give consent to interviews and photographs being taken to help verify the win, Which will be posted on the main website, Failure to consent to these terms would result in your prize claim being voided.

8. Only 1 prize per person will be allowed, if the same person is pulled out more than once a second number will be drawn for that prize untill a unique winner is found.

9. Claims for prizes must be made within 30 Days of the draw, failure to claim your prize within the 30 Day period will result in your winning number being disgarded and a replacement number drawn, any claim made after the 30 Day period will not be dealt with.

10. Prizes are non–transferable.

11. If a prize is won by a person under the age of 18, A parent or guardian must be present and give consent at collection ( For winners of the top 3 prizes where interviews and photographs will be taken).

12. If a Claimant is unable to complete a Prize Claim due to legal, physical, or other disability, a duly authorised representative of the Claimant may collect the prize on his or her behalf. The Prize Claim must state the name of the Claimant and the representative and describe the status of the signatory, if not the Claimant. We reserve the right to request evidence of the capacity of a representative to claim on behalf of a Claimant.

13. In the event of any inconsistency in the information submitted on the Prize Claim, We may investigate and withhold all winnings which may be due to the Claimant (or may make a payment into court) until such time as the Claimant satisfies us that he is the proper person to whom the Prize should be paid.

14. All taxes, insurances, transfers,  are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.


Adverts

15. For each number on the list you purchase you will be allowed to place 1 advert on our advertisers pages, The advert must be no more than 240px × 60px in size, in .jpg, .gif formats, Send adverts to adverts@comegetyourshare.com  with you link, Or send The code, And E-Mail address that your PayPal is registerd to so we can verify your entry.

16. Depending on the amount of adverts recieved we strive to get each one up on the website within 24 hours, occasionally due to very heavy demand it might take slightly longer.

17. Your advert Must Not contain any of the following, Links to Illegal Downloads, Warez, Illegal Pornography (As stated and governed by UK Laws), Any image that breaks Copyright laws, racist media, In the case of questionable image we have the final decision in this matter, Violation of these rules will lead to your advert and any future adverts being removed or dissallowed, Adverts will be checked periodically for there content, If a user finds content that breaks these terms please inform us at: enquires@comegetyourshare.com.
